The Carroll Community School District has announced that registration for the 2021/22 school year is now available online. Parents are directed to go to the district’s website (www.carroll,k12.ia.us) and select either new student registration or that for current students. Both sections have tutorials to assist with the process. There will also be in-person assistance from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 27 and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, July 28 in the board room at Adams Elementary (1026 N. Adams St.). Again, in this next school year every student will receive free breakfast and lunch. Those who wish to have textbook, electronic textbook and/or driver’s education fees waived must still go through the free- or reduced-price lunch application process. Applications can be found under the Departments tab on the website and then the sub-category of Food and Nutrition. Applications brought to walk-in registrations must include a copy of the most recent pay stub.
