Get ready for a “ridiculous” amount of fun on Thursday with planned activities from local retailers, the Chamber of Commerce and Carroll Young Professionals (CYP). Chamber Business Development Director, Rosanne Nees, says it all kicks off with the annual Ridiculous Day sales.
Then that evening, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., Jake Kemble and KICK will take to the stage downtown for the third Live + Local concert.
Nees says people need to be aware of a slight change in location for Thursday’s concert.
These musical events have been a draw for people of all ages.
The CYP is also hosting a fun activity for the whole family nearby.
Those Ridiculous Day sales will continue throughout the weekend. Though Thursday’s store opening times may vary, generally businesses will be open from around 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. that night.
