The driver of a motorcycle sustained minor injuries in an early morning accident Tuesday. The Carroll Police Department responded to the scene at 9th and Clark Streets at approximately 12:20 a.m. Upon arrival, they learned 18-year-old Gage Felix of Carroll was northbound on Clark on a 2006 Suzuki when he lost control, crashing it near 9th Street. The motorcycle was disabled and Felix was cited for driving while his license was suspended and failure to maintain control.
