Spatial Analysis, Parking And Requests For Funding To Be Discussed At Monday’s Carroll Supervisor Meeting

At their meeting earlier this week, the Carroll County Board of Supervisors agreed they were interested in retaining SEH, Inc. of St. Paul, Minn. for the spatial and HVAC needs analysis at the courthouse. However, there were some alterations made to that agreement that forestalled formal approval, pending review by County Attorney, John Werden. The board will be bringing that agreement back for consideration at their next meeting on Monday, Aug. 2. They will also discuss requests made by Region XII Council of Governments on additional support for the Revolving Loan and Housing Trust fund as well as one from Coon Rapids. As construction continues on the new jail and the supervisors look to the future needs of employees and visitors, they will open a dialog on the courthouse parking lot usage. The 9 a.m. meeting also includes a review of the health services request for proposals and manure management annual updates. The board will convene in the lower-level meeting room of the Carroll County Courthouse. The session will also be livestreamed via the county’s YouTube channel, a link to which has been included below.
