A Denison man was arrested after recording a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) more than four times the legal limit of .08. The Carroll Police Department reports they responded to a civil complaint in the 900 block of West U.S. Highway 30 at approximately 11:41 p.m. Tuesday. As a result of that complaint, 37-year-old Oscar Shul Aguilar was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication with a BAC of .321.
