The Carroll County Board of Supervisors will get a road construction update and review plans for a possible bridge replacement before hearing a proposal for an assessment of the county’s health services and community health needs. The 9 a.m. meeting on Monday, Sept. 13 will be held in the lower-level meeting room at the Carroll County Courthouse. Additional agenda items include a presentation from a soy transportation organization, a proclamation on National Voter Registration Month and manure management updates.
