The Carroll County Board of Supervisors have called for a special meeting this coming Wednesday. They will start the special session at 9 a.m. on Sept. 22 in the lower-level meeting room at the Carroll County Courthouse. There is only one item on the agenda and that is department interviews as they continue with the spatial needs assessment project. They are working to determine the best use of space that will be vacated when the jail and Sheriff’s Office move to the newly constructed addition on the west side of the courthouse.
