It is a light agenda for the Carroll County Board of Supervisors at their meeting on Monday, Sept. 27. This will be convened at 9 a.m. in the lower-level meeting room at the Carroll County Courthouse. The board will receive an update from the Carroll Area Development Corporation (CADC) before approving payables, discussing a new phone system for the Department of Human Services (DHS) and reviewing manure management plan annual updates. The public is invited and encouraged to attend, but the meeting will also be livestreamed on the supervisors’ YouTube channel, a link to which is included below.
