Carroll Police Officers responded to a two-vehicle, property-damage accident on Friday. The initial report about the incident at Vine and 7th Streets was received at approximately 5:55 p.m. The investigation revealed 22-year-old Arjeta Veliu of Carroll was southbound on Vine Street in a 2017 Volkswagen Passat. Twenty-three-year-old Natalie Touchette of Audubon was traveling westbound out of a parking lot in a 2019 Dodge Caravan and failed to yield to the oncoming Veliu vehicle. Functional damage to both vehicles was reported and Touchette was cited for failure to obey a stop sign.
