A Manning woman has been charged for allegedly providing alcohol to minors over the weekend. Carroll County District Court records show 21-year-old Heaven Marie Holloway was cited for supplying alcohol to person under the legal age, a serious misdemeanor, by the Manning Police Department on Sunday. Authorities allege Holloway purchased the alcohol for the juveniles from a Manning convenience store on Friday, Oct. 1. Holloway is scheduled to make an initial appearance in court for the charge on Thursday, Oct. 28.
