Carroll County Supervisors To Continue Discussion On COVID Testing Funding At Monday’s Meeting

The Carroll County Board of Supervisors have released the agenda for their regularly scheduled weekly meeting on Monday. The first item of business is a discussion with St. Anthony Regional Hospital Chief Financial Officer, John Munson, regarding COVID-19 vaccine clinics. Representatives from St. Anthony approached the board earlier this month requesting funding for additional testing supplies. However, financial records also showed the hospital had generated at least $62,000 in revenue from county coordinated clinics, and several supervisors suggested that money be used for supplies instead. The only other items on the agenda are the Carroll County Recorder’s Office quarterly report, plat approvals, a 28E agreement with the Elderbridge Agency on Aging and manure management annual updates. The Monday, Oct. 18 meeting begins at 9 a.m. at the courthouse and is open to the public. It will also be livestreamed via the county’s YouTube channel. The full agenda and details on how to attend remotely can be found included below.
