The Carroll Chamber of Commerce is again hosting their annual Moonlight Madness, one-day sale this Thursday. From 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., merchants will be offering up some scary good deals that are enhanced with adult treats. Shoppers will also be asked to vote for the best costume and/or window display at the participating businesses and can enter for a chance to win $100 in Chamber Bucks. The voter registration cards are available at each of those participating businesses, a list of which is included below. Shoppers will take those to each store to get them stamped and then at the final location they will be signed by the consumer and left at the business to be entered into the drawing for Chamber Bucks.
