Carroll Man Charged With Harassment Granted Deferred Judgement

A Carroll man accused of threatening to shoot a car during a verbal dispute in August has been granted a deferred judgement. According to Carroll County District Court records, 28-year-old Kendall Brian Kuhlman was arrested by the Carroll Police Department and charged with second-degree harassment, a serious misdemeanor, after the reporting party told law enforcement he had threatened to shoot a car with three juvenile occupants. He pled guilty to the charge last week and was ordered to complete one year of probation and pay a $430 fine plus court costs. His request for a deferred judgement was granted, meaning court records regarding the case will be expunged upon successful completion of his probation.
