Two Carroll men are out of custody this (Monday) morning on their own recognizance after being arrested for a disturbance early Sunday morning. The Carroll Police Department responded to the 500 block of East 18th Street at approximately 2:39 a.m. Authorities were told that one subject had called in, requesting the other leave their residence. When officers arrived, they found 26-year-old Akot Marko Riak and 37-year-old Chol Aguekchol Ajak engaged in a physical altercation in the parking lot of the Fairview Village Apartments. Both men have been charged with disorderly conduct and Riak was additionally charged with a Carroll County warrant for fifth-degree criminal mischief.
