Halloween fun starts early this year with the Carroll Young Professionals costume contest tomorrow (Thursday) evening. Get those kids, up to 12 years old, into their costumes and head downtown to the Westgate Mall for the chance to win $50 in Chamber Bucks. The judging will take place from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. with the children split into two age groups, zero to six and seven to 12 and there will be a winner selected from each group. After registering for the contest, all of the little ghosts and goblins are invited to trick-or-treat at the participating businesses.
