The Kuemper Catholic School Foundation was recently presented a $25,000 check from the Pella Rolscreen Foundation for aesthetic improvements to the high school. Foundation Director, Sharon Olerich, says, “We are grateful for Pella’s ongoing support of the Kuemper Catholic School System, as well as the community at large. This grant will go towards investing in several of the windows within the entrance hall, many of which have not been updated since 1988.” The gift to Kuemper is just a portion of the foundation’s recent donations, totaling $240,000, to the communities where Pella’s employees live and work. Carroll Plant Manager, Dustin Katje, says, “Pella Corporation, in conjunction with the Pella Rolscreen Foundation, has a long history of supporting projects and enhancing the quality of life in the communities where we have a corporate footprint, so we are pleased to be able to make this contribution to help Carroll Kuemper High School.”
