Seasons Center Awarded $3 Million In Grants For Support of Clinical Service Impacted By COVID

The Seasons Center for Behavioral Health has been awarded $1.5 million in grants per year for the next two years to support and restore delivery of clinical services impacted by the pandemic. “We are thrilled to be the recipient of this grant,” says Christina Eggink-Postma, Vice President of Program Coordination and Compliance. “The COVID-19 pandemic continues to create ongoing challenges in our communities. The virus has and will continue to impact each of us – financially, emotionally and otherwise. This grant will help Seasons Center effectively address the mental health needs of individuals who have been impacted by the pandemic.” The goal of the grant is to ensure individuals have ease of access to trauma-informed behavioral health services, resources and supports. The Seasons Center will be collaborating with hospitals, schools, law enforcement, child welfare, juvenile justice and like entities to help raise awareness of the services offered. The grant will also allow the center to equip their mental health professionals with the skills, knowledge and resources needed to provide high quality, evidence-based, trauma-informed and culturally-responsive services. The Seasons Center Carroll location is at 524 E. 7th St.
