The Carroll County Board of Supervisors will be holding a special session on Wednesday, Nov. 17. The board will gather at 9 a.m. in the lower-level meeting room at the Carroll County Courthouse for the one agenda item, the courthouse spatial needs assessment project update. The public is invited to attend in person or by logging on to the Carroll County Supervisor’s YouTube channel, a link to which is included below.
