Two women have been charged in Carroll County District Court following an altercation last week at a Carroll retailer. At approximately 3:05 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 24, the Carroll Police Department was dispatched to the 2000 block of Kittyhawk Avenue in response to a reported fight. Upon arrival, law enforcement identified the individuals involved as 57-year-old Pam Jo Owen of Glidden and 29-year-old Ashley Nicole Lampe of Carroll. Witnesses report the women did engage in a physical confrontation in a public space and video evidence corroborated their statements. Owen and Lampe were both cited for disorderly conduct, a simple misdemeanor.
