The Ancient Free and Accepted Masons of Haggai Lodge #369 in Glidden are inviting area residents to join them tonight (Friday) for their annual soup supper fundraiser as part of their ongoing efforts to support local causes and programs. Glidden Mayor and Mason, Roger Hartwigsen, says they will begin serving at 5 p.m. in the Smith Center on the Glidden-Ralston school grounds.
Hartwigsen notes the Haggai Lodge only hosts a few fundraisers during the year, and the money they bring in from them is used in various ways.
Again, the Masons will be serving soups from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Smith Center. All area residents are invited to attend.
