City Of Carroll Adopts New, User-Friendly Agenda Building Software

Residents of Carroll may have noticed a new format when they log on to the city’s website to view upcoming or previous city council agendas and informational packets. City Manager, Mike Pogge-Weaver, says they began testing new agenda-building software in the fourth quarter of this year.

Pogge-Weaver says this is a web-based format that also works well on different mobile devices.

Staff and council members began demoing TownCloud in the month of November, and all feedback was positive. Pogge-Weaver says they will continue to have a PDF format of the agenda and packet available, along with this web-based option.

The ongoing cost of the program, at $100 per month, according to Pogge-Weaver, is offset by the amount of time staff is saving over the previous version. He says the public will also be finding the usability invaluable. A link to the agenda and packet links for the City of Carroll is included below.
