The Carroll Chamber of Commerce has released the schedule for their 2022 Legislative Forums. There will be one forum per month from January through April, and will be held on Saturday mornings at 10 a.m. The first forum is slated for Jan. 22 at New Hope in Carroll, with the others scheduled for Feb. 19, March 19 and April 16. Each forum begins with opening comments from District 6 Senator, Craig Williams, and District 12 Representative, Brian Best, on the latest legislative actions. Their comments will be followed by prepared questions from the Chamber’s Legislative Committee and then questions from the public submitted prior to the forum. The full schedule can also be found below. The 89th Iowa General Assembly convenes on Monday, Jan. 10.
