A Rockwell City man has been named the recipient of the New Leader Award from the Iowa Soybean Association (ISA). James Hepp received the award presented by Corteva Agriscience. Hepp is a soybean farmer, and continues to deepen his involvement in ISA programs while growing his commitment of service to the soybean industry and his local community. ISA President, Robb Ewoldt, of Davenport says “Many people are driven to deliver for Iowa soybean farmers. it’s critical to recognize these meaningful contributions, and celebrate an industry that continues to be a positive force for our state and country.” There were eight other events or people recognized in eight different categories during the annual Winter Soy Summit held on Jan. 25 in Des Moines.
