The Carroll County Board of Supervisors is delaying next week’s meeting to Tuesday, Feb. 22 in recognition of the Presidents Day Holiday. The board will convene at 9 a.m. at the Conservation Education Center at Swan Lake State Park. They will begin by setting a public hearing on a proposed construction permit, followed by a separate public hearing on a routine fiscal year (FY) 2022 budget amendment. The supervisors will then consider approval of an appropriations resolution and union agreements with the secondary roads and ambulance departments. The board closes the agenda with an FY23 funding request from Carroll County Public Health and reports from committees. At 10 a.m., the board will join a meeting with the Stephen Group, who was hired to complete an assessment of the county’s overall public health services. Again, the Tuesday, Feb. 22 meeting begins at 9 a.m. at the Swan Lake Conservation Education Center. The meeting is open to the public and will also be livestreamed via the county’s YouTube channel. Details on how to attend remotely along with the full agenda can be found included below.
