The City of Glidden is hosting an open house this weekend to celebrate the retirement of longtime Library Director, Erin Wolf. Wolf will be stepping away after a combined 25 years of serving children, teenagers and adults. The public is invited to attend Wolf’s retirement party, which will be held from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 26 at the Glidden Public Library. Wolf’s successor is Suzanne Olberding, who is working Tuesdays and Thursdays at the facility through the end of the month but will be transitioning to full time starting March 1.
