Carroll County Conservation is looking for the publics help on what they think needs to be changed around Swan Lake. The board is about to update their five-year strategic plan. The plan helps them with management, improvements and expansions of conservation and recreation areas in the county. Conservation wants your feedback on their parks, amenities and programs they provide. The survey will be active until the end of the month.
