The Carroll Police Department responded to a single-vehicle accident in the 500 block of East Highway 30 in Carroll last Friday. Authorities say a 2018 Dodge Journey, driven by 81-year-old Margaret Liautaud of Carroll, was attempting to park in the Casey’s lot when the SUV struck the building. The Liautaud vehicle sustained functional damage, while damage to the structure was limited.
