The Carroll Community School District (CCSD) Board of Education met for the first time in March last night in the Adams Elementary boardroom. The agenda was relatively short, including a work session on the Fiscal Year 2023 (FY23) budget and a staff retention bonus. One of the main items on the budget was facility projects underway. The board voted to give all full-time school employees who work in classrooms $2,000. $1,000 comes from the state, and the rest will come from the school through ESSER funds.
