Iowa Governor, Kim Reynolds, is making several stops in western Iowa today (Thursday) and tomorrow (Friday), including visits to Calhoun and Crawford Counties. At 2 p.m. Thursday, Reynolds is traveling to Manson Hometown Grocery in Manson to speak with owners, employees and members of the public concerning the importance of sustaining community grocery stores. She then has three stops planned in the region for Friday, beginning in Cherokee with a tour of RJ Thomas Manufacturing Company at 10:30 a.m. She then heads south to Manilla to visit the newly operational Little Hawks Childcare Center at 1:50 p.m. Reynolds finishes the day in Harlan with a quick tour of the Anchored Collective, a clothing and jewelry boutique.
