The 2022 Carroll County Live Healthy Iowa 5K is a month from today (Wednesday), and the deadline for early-bird registration is just around the corner. Early registration for the April 23 run or walk is just $25 through Monday, April 4 and includes a t-shirt, finisher medals, and post-race refreshments for participants. Those interested in joining the 5K can still sign up online until April 18 or the morning of the event at Swan Lake for $30 per entry, but t-shirts and other materials are not guaranteed. The Carroll County Wellness Coalition is providing a selection of door prizes to be awarded to attendees during the 5K.
