The Carroll County Board of Supervisors have scheduled a special meeting for Thursday morning as they continue to develop their plans for improvements and remodeling of the courthouse and HVAC equipment. The supervisors will convene at 9 a.m. in the meeting room at the courthouse, and the only item of business is discussion on the proposed project. The Thursday, March 31 meeting is open to the public, and residents are encouraged to attend. A copy of the agenda can be found included below.
