A Greene County Community School District employee was arrested yesterday (Thursday) after law enforcement determined he was intoxicated at work. At approximately 11:28 a.m., the Jefferson Police Department was dispatched to the Greene County High School in the 1900 block of N. Grimmell Road. Employees advised them of a potentially inebriated staff member. Their investigation led to the arrest of 24-year-old Peyton Michael Paddock on charges of first-offense operating while intoxicated, a serious misdemeanor, and public intoxication, a simple misdemeanor. Paddock remained in custody at the Greene County jail as of Friday morning.
