The Carroll County Board of Supervisors will convene at their usual time and place Monday morning for their regularly scheduled weekly meeting. The first items of business on their agenda is a discussion and resolution concerning a voluntary annexation of property owned by Templeton Rye Spirits LLC by the City of Templeton. The board will then move into discussions concerning potential restructuring of the Carroll County Public Health Department, followed by reviews of the Carroll County general employee and ambulance department handbooks. The supervisors will close with an update from County Engineer, Zac Andersen, regarding secondary roads, a certificate of compliance for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Down Payment Assistance Program, and manure management annual updates.
