Bridge repairs in southern Audubon County were completed yesterday (Tuesday), and the affected road has now reopened to motor vehicle traffic. Crews with the Audubon County Road Department closed a nearly 3.5-mile stretch of Falcon Avenue between 320th Street and 340th Street west of Brayton for the duration of the work, which was completed in a single day. As road construction season gets underway, county officials remind drivers to be on the lookout for road construction throughout the region and to be prepared to use alternate routes.
