Iowa Savings Bank, the trustee for two local charitable foundations, has announced the upcoming application period for the July 2022 grant cycle. The Warren H. Timmerman Charitable Trust is geared toward projects or organizations within Carroll County, with half the funds reserved for grant applications from the immediate Manning area. To date, the trust has awarded over $2,111,000 since its inception. The Gilbert and Barbara Renze Charitable Foundation focuses on Carroll or Sac Counties projects. It has awarded nearly $782,000 to multiple local organizations. Applicants must be a verified 501(c)3 charity or other qualified entity, such as a municipality, to be eligible for funding. Grant applications can be requested by email, mail, or in person at Iowa Savings Bank in Carroll and must be returned by Friday, July 8.
