A Crawford County man has won a $250,000 top prize from the Iowa Lottery’s Extreme Cash scratch game. Ventura Bernal of Denison purchased his winning ticket at Pronto Market in Denison and claimed his prize yesterday (Monday) at the lottery’s Storm Lake regional office. This is the ninth top prize awarded from this particular game. $250,000 Extreme Cash is a $20 scratch ticket that features 16 top prizes of $250,000, 16 prizes of $10,000 and overall odds of 1 in 2.55.
