Carroll’s annual Memorial Day parade is set to get underway at 10:30 a.m. on Monday morning. The parade begins at the corner of Main and 1st Streets and features local American Legion and VFW members, high school bands, and Boy and Girl Scout groups in a six-block trek to the Carroll City Cemetery. Once they arrive, they will conduct a short Memorial Day program to honor and remember military members who died while serving in the U.S. armed forces.
