The lake city council met last night and discussed recent vandalism in the community. City Administrator, Eric Wood, says they have seen the damage done over several months. He adds what has been damaged.
Wood states that the council’s first step in curbing some of these issues is discussing a curfew time. Wood adds he has reached out to other communities in the area.
He adds if anyone has information about the vandalism, they can contact City Hall or the Calhoun County Dispatch Center. Wood says if the council puts a curfew in place, he hopes it puts an end to the crimes.
Again, no curfew has been put in place yet.
