The Carroll Police Department responded to a three-vehicle accident yesterday (Thursday) evening. According to Authorities, at approximately 5:33 p.m., a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado operated by 27-year-old Lucas Reetz of Carroll was eastbound on Highway 30 and stopped waiting to turn onto Clark Street. A 2007 Lexus 350 operated by 54-year-old Renee Starr of Denver, CO., was stopped behind the Reetz vehicle when the Lexus was struck from behind by a 2007 Ford Edge driven by a juvenile. The Starr vehicle collided with the back end of the Reetz truck. Functional damages were sustained by all vehicles. The juvenile was cited for following to close.
