A 2024 presidential run might be in the future for Arkansas Senator Tom Cotton. As speculation mounts around Cotton potently running in 2024, he made a two-day stop in Iowa to help Republicans reclaim congressional majorities in 2022. Cotton says he is keeping his focus of the short term for now.
Cotton adds he will revisit a 2024 Presidential run after the 2022 Midterm elections are finished. Cotton has visited Iowa at least a half-dozen since 2020. Iowa is the first state for the caucuses, and Cotton says Iowa is the center of the political universe heading into the presidential election.
Cotton made his comments Thursday afternoon at Scranton Manufacturing in Greene County.
