The Carroll Chamber of Commerce is gearing up for its third Live + Local concert of the summer this week. On Thursday, July 21, area residents are invited to grab their lawn chairs and coolers and head down to the central business district on Adams Street for live music from Manson artist, Scott Kirkhart. Attendees are reminded to bring their own beverages, but organizers ask participants to avoid hard liquors and glass bottles. The free concert begins at 6 p.m. Thursday and runs through 9 p.m. Motorists should avoid parking in the downtown district that morning and afternoon to allow crews to set up for the show.
