The council agreed to purchase five radar speed signs to be placed in town. Peterson explains how they are going to determine where to place the signs.
The total cost for the five signs was $13,025. Petersons says they are looking at entryways to the community as good places to put the speed signs along with around the lake. He says they want to be able to control speed on the more heavily traveled roads. The next Lake View City Council meeting is scheduled for Monday, August 1.
