Summer is coming to a close, and the public is invited to attend an End of Summer Bash presented by Carroll County Conservation. Naturalist Kristen Bieret says the event is free and open to the public tomorrow (Thursday) starting at 5:00 p.m. Bieret adds the event is at the picnic shelter house by the playground, and there will be plenty of fun activities. She adds individuals do not need to bring anything besides themselves.
Individuals can RSVP by emailing Kbieret@carrollcountyiowa.org or calling Carroll County Conservation at 712-792-4614. There is no deadline to RSVP, and Bieret adds she is excited to see everyone join them.
Again, the event is on Thursday, August 11, at the picnic shelter house by the playground and is free and open to the public.
