Carroll County Supervisors Consider Proclamation Of Support For ISAC Human Trafficking Coalition At Monday’s Meeting

The Carroll County Board of Supervisors has a short agenda for the meeting scheduled for next week. The board convenes at 9 a.m. in the courthouse meeting room and opens with the third claim in the county’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBD) down payment assistance program. They then move into approval of a proclamation signifying the county’s support and participation in the Iowa State Association of Counties (ISAC) human trafficking coalition. Supervisors will also consider an appointment to the Region XII Housing Authority Board of Directors, a request for the purchase of county property in Maple River Township, manure management annual updates, and reports from committees. Again, the Monday, Aug. 15 meeting begins at 9 a.m. in the courthouse and is open to the public. It will also be live-streamed via the county’s YouTube channel.
