The Carroll County Board of Supervisors will hold a special meeting on Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. One item on the board’s agenda is courthouse remodel and HVAC project discussion. The Supervisors will convene in the meeting room in the courthouse. The meeting will be live streamed via the county’s YouTube page.
