The Elderbridge Agency on Aging is partnering with Santa Maria Vineyard & Winery tomorrow (Thursday) to raise funds to support elderly residents in the area. Supporters can purchase tickets to the social hour and auction for $25 each through the Elderbridge website or office. Tickets include wine tasting and appetizers from Lidderdale Catering from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., with a live auction running from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. An online silent auction begins today (Wednesday) and runs through Sunday, Aug. 21 at www.32auctions.com/Elderbridge. Money raised will be used to support Elderbridge’s mission of advocating for and empowering older adults, their caregivers, and individuals with disabilities by providing home modifications, such as ramps, railings, and walk-in showers, to allow their clients to maintain independent living.
