The City of Coon Rapids is reminding residents to avoid roadside parking beginning next week while contractors are in town to complete seasonal seal coating work. Impacted areas include 7th Avenue north of the North Street intersection, 1st Avenue from High Street to Elm Street, 4th Avenue from Main Street to Cardinal Street, and the entirety of Walnut Street.
