Lake View city officials announced this (Friday) morning that the boil order issued earlier this week for customers on the community’s water supply has been lifted. The advisory was announced Wednesday when a machinery failure in the system resulted in chlorine levels dropping below permissible levels. Residents no longer need to boil their water before use.
