The Carroll City Council will begin planning for Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 and beyond Wednesday during its annual planning session at Region XII’s facilities in Carroll. City officials, including council members, department heads, staff, and more, convene at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 2 to review the city’s fiscal position, identify FY23’s priorities, and more. The Carroll City Council’s annual planning session is open to the public, but it will not be live-streamed like the regularly scheduled meetings.
