CCSD Board Of Education Heard From DLR Group About Potential Upgrades To The District

The Carroll Community School District (CCSD) Board of Education met with the DLR Group at last night’s (Monday) meeting to discuss the next steps of their district-wide facility update plan. DLR is an architectural firm based out of Omaha, Neb. Architect Eric Beron started the presentation by recapping some of the problems that may come the district’s way with the buildings.

Other options were renovating Adams Elementary, which would cost anywhere from $27 to $30 million, and building a new high school, estimated at $70 million. DLR’s representative says the board has reached the point where they need to decide how they want to proceed.
